GOODS ACCEPTANCE & STORAGE
Your delivered goods will be stored
Within a few working days, your delivered goods will be stored in the warehouse. We always show the current stock in the odc portal. You only pay for the volume actually stored.
We can offer our fulfillment services for a wide range of product categories. You can find an overview of the categories that can be operated here.
For our customers with organic goods, we can guarantee compliance with organic standards along the entire value chain.
PICK & PACK
Incoming orders are picked and packed
Due to the technical connection to your system, we automatically draw incoming orders. After all articles have been picked, they are packed in a cardboard box together with filling material and, if desired, with accompanying documents.
We will gladly enclose a delivery note and/or an invoice with every order. In addition, you have the option of enclosing flyers or other enclosures such as product samples, or individualisation through stickers etc.
As standard, we ship in a neutral odc standard cardboard box. Various sizes are available. If you wish, we may also ship in your own (branded) cardboard box.
We ship the orders for you
When the order is ready for shipment, we will hand it over to the parcel service provider of your choice. Our cut-off time in most locations is 16 o'clock. This also allows you to handle "Prime by merchant" and "eBay Plus" with us.
Of course, we offer you shipping with the most common parcel service providers such as Hermes, DHL, DPD or Deutsche Post. Through a strategic partnership with Hermes Fulfillment, we can offer you exclusive rates for shipping with Hermes.
With odc, you can send national and international as well as German „Warenpost“, letters and parcels. In addition, we can offer B2C orders, i.e. shipments to your end customers, and B2B shipments.
